As a graphic designer at Optipak, I led the website redesign using Figma, collaborating with developers to create a user-friendly website with customizable product options. I also initiated research for CRM development through Salesforce. In addition, I designed retail packaging for clients ranging from large-scale retailers to small businesses, coordinating with manufacturers in China and working with an in-house production team to deliver customized packaging solutions.

My experience includes leading design efforts, developing web and marketing assets, and managing email campaigns. I have also handled social media content and scheduling across multiple platforms, such as Pinterest, Facebook, and Instagram.

I gained hands-on experience designing a variety of assets, including presentations, social media videos, and posts for clients across food and beverage, hospitality, skincare, and lifestyle sectors. I collaborated with creative teams to develop and refine logos and brand identity systems, enhancing brand visibility and cohesion. My role also involved creating digital and print materials such as business cards, name cards, notebooks, employee handbooks, social media content, wireframes, and prototypes, contributing to comprehensive branding and marketing solutions.
